1.6 Use of this Website is subject to these Terms and Conditions, regardless of your geographic location, provided delivery addresses are within the Republic of South Africa.

1.7 Native Kraal may allow third-party sellers (“Third Party Sellers”) to list and sell Goods. Applicable terms will be clearly indicated where relevant.

2.1 These Terms apply to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).

2.2 Certain clauses:

• Create obligations for users;

• Require indemnification; or

2.5 Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the CPA.

4. Registration and Use of the Website

4.2 Users must provide:

4.3 Users agree:

5. Conclusion of Sales and Availability of Stock

5.1 Orders may be accepted or rejected based on:

5.2 A sale is only concluded upon delivery or collection of Goods.

5.3 Orders may be canceled before dispatch.

7. Delivery of Goods

7.3 Delivery will occur within 10 days of payment.

7.4 If delayed:

• Users may cancel within 7 days.

7.5 Delivery is complete once goods reach the provided address.

7.6 Native Kraal is not responsible after delivery.

8. Errors

8.1 Native Kraal will take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy.

8.2 Native Kraal is not liable for:

• Errors in pricing or product information;

• Third-party website inaccuracies.

8.3 Refunds will be issued for incorrect pricing where applicable.

9. Gift Vouchers and Coupons

• Valid for 3 years unless stated otherwise

• Non-refundable and non-transferable

• Cannot be used to purchase other vouchers

• Must be used before expiry

9.2 Coupons

• Fixed or percentage discounts
